NAVY HIGHER EDUCATION INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSORTIUM (NHEITC) IDIQ

The three peer institutions of the Naval Higher Education Information Technology Consortium (NHEITC); the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS), the Naval War College (NWC), and the United States Naval Academy (USNA) have had a 12-year collaboration to enhance the consortium’s employment of Information Technology (IT) towards meeting the mission needs of the three member institutions. The NHEITC is partnering in a strategic IT sourcing solution that will result in a shared 5-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). This contract is an SDVOSB set-aside as an IDIQ.

  • HawkTail, LLC is a woman-owned small business (WOSB) that delivers IT services to the Federal Government specializing in optimizing the accessibility, productivity, security, and efficiency of enterprise information technology (IT) environments. We achieve optimization through the implementation of industry best practices in accordance with ISO standards (9001, 20000-1 and 27001). HawkTail provides program management, data management, and systems administration to the DoD.

  • IT Services – For over 20 years, TransQuest continues to provide superior IT Services to both CONUS and OCONUS locations. Our engineers and technicians are skilled at hardware and software installation, as well as systems administration, network administration and a variety of help-desk functions, utilizing multiple operating systems. TransQuest personnel operate service desks for NSA’s IT Service Center and Global Enterprise Coordination Center (GECC). Our personnel work with both virtual and physical servers to provide Platform as a Service (PaaS) to our customers. This PaaS support includes the deployment of applications supporting Software as a Service (SaaS). Our team of Systems Engineers and Network Administrators provide Hardware and Software Integration Planning, Development, Implementation, Installation, and Life Cycle Support for critical enterprise systems. Partnered with the IC, national defense, homeland security, law enforcement and the diplomatic community abroad, TransQuest helps assure access to the intelligence the IC needs – when it needs it.
  • Software Engineering – TransQuest provides software engineering services to a variety of customers, focusing on the migration of capabilities to cloud based environments. TransQuest personnel ensure the availability of newly developed applications via OpenShift PaaS. Most recently, our personnel have developed an API for OpenShift for the purpose of reporting usage statistics, Containerized Docker user registration and stats apps for migration to new servers and Converted Docker stats pages to a flask apps to allow the display of real-time dynamic data.
